Shipping within Australia
We have most items in stock, however, pieces handcrafted by our makers are often made-to-order and therefore can can take up to 21 business days to manufacture. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been posted. If you need your item sooner, please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

All parcels are shipped by Australia Post and you should receive your item within two or three days of dispatch. However, sometimes shipping takes longer, so please allow up to seven days to receive your item. If you would like your item sent by overnight express post, please let us know. There will be an additional charge for this.

International shipping
All parcels are shipped from Australia by Australia Post. Please allow two to three weeks from dispatch for your item to arrive. Unfortunately, Australia Post does not provide a tracking number system but they are very reliable. If you would like your International goods sent by registered post or priority post please contact us for a quote. Customs and duty fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
