Natural Dyeing with Jude Craig.

Monday 30 March, 9.30am - 12.30pm ( 3 hours ). 

In this workshop, you will select a wool gauze or silk chiffon scarf to prepare and dye

You will learn:
- how to ready your scarf for dyeing
- how to mordant your scarf
- how to prepare your dyes
- how to dye and finish your scarf
You will leave with a unique addition to your wardrobe and fond memories of what you have created together.

All materials are supplied that you will need to create a beautiful scarf. 
You may like to bring an Apron (or wear an old shirt) and bring a notepad to take notes on processes and techniques.

Workshop Cost: $165.00 ( $150.00 + GST ) 

Coffee and tea is available all day; BYO lunch or grab a fantastic lunch onsite at Spring Hill Nursery Cafe (pastries, frittata, croissants, tarts, cakes, etc). 

 

Class begins at 9.30am at Spring Hill Nursery in Tylden and runs until 12.30pm. 

Workshop Address: Corner of Spring Hill Road and Trentham Road Tylden.

Tylden is near Woodend, Kyneton and Trentham in Victoria's Macedon Ranges.

TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Positions are strictly limited to eight (8) people on this workshop. Due to course preparation, international instructor and potential wait lists; if a position is cancelled less than four (4) weeks prior to the start date, we are sorry, but 50% of your deposit payment is not refundable. You may transfer or pass on this course booking (for this date only) to another person if you are unable to attend.
